Biography

Alexis Ramos is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor with Wasserman, one of the most influential sports representation agencies in professional football. Certified by the NFL Players Association since 2021, Ramos is part of Wasserman’s football division, which has negotiated more than $3 billion in NFL player contracts and represents athletes through every stage of their careers, from pre-draft preparation to contract negotiations, endorsements, and long-term career planning. Before becoming an NFL agent, Ramos built experience throughout the sports industry, including working with Pro Football Hall of Famer Warren Moon and later with the Oakland Raiders organization. According to a Forbes profile, she began her career at Wasserman as a receptionist before joining the football division led by veteran agents Doug Hendrickson and CJ LaBoy. Encouraged by agency leadership to further her education and pursue certification, she transitioned into player representation and became part of the next generation of NFL agents within the firm. As a member of Wasserman’s football practice, Ramos works in an agency known for its comprehensive approach to athlete representation, including contract negotiations, marketing, public relations, philanthropy, and post-career planning. Public contract databases have linked her representation activities to NFL players including Quentin Johnston, and she has been recognized as part of a younger generation of agents helping shape the future of football representation. Through her work at Wasserman, Ramos continues to focus on athlete advocacy, relationship-building, and creating opportunities for clients both on and off the field.
