Users can discover agents and athletes, run their work through AgentifyOS, use Maguire for context-aware AI assistance, and understand athlete value through WageIQ. Our purpose is to help athletes and the people and organizations around them work more efficiently, make better-informed decisions, and operate with greater clarity.

Agentify connects public sports-business discovery with private workflow, intelligence, and valuation tools. The Sports Agent Directory and Player Profiles help users discover agents, athletes, representation information, and potential opportunities. AgentifyOS provides a workspace to manage relationships, recruitment, scouting, opportunities, projects, tasks, documents, communications, commissions, and other day-to-day work. Maguire combines Agentify’s sports data, rules, and intelligence with the user’s authorized AgentifyOS context to help users understand information, identify priorities, prepare work, and decide what to do next. WageIQ produces data-driven athlete salary estimates supported by comparable players and relevant market information. Some Agentify capabilities can be accessed independently, but they are designed to work together as one connected platform.

Yes. Agentify Base is free and provides an entry point into the Agentify platform. Agentify Base includes: - AgentifyOS — Limited Access: A personalized sports-business command center for managing relationships, recruitment, scouting, tasks, opportunities, and communications. - Maguire — Limited Access: Access to selected sports-business insights and AI-agent capabilities. - Verified Sports Agent Directory: Search for and discover verified sports agents across the Agentify network. - Sports Agent Profile: Eligible sports agents can create or claim a professional profile and manage information about their experience, clients, transactions, and reviews. Paid plans provide increased usage and access to additional features and capabilities.

Agentify is built for athletes and the people and organizations that represent, employ, advise, support, and do business with them. Users include professional and amateur athletes, sports agents, agencies, teams and clubs, leagues, lawyers, parents and family members, advisors, scouts, sports-business professionals, and other organizations involved in athlete careers and transactions. Some public Agentify experiences, including the Sports Agent Directory, Player Profiles, and Q&A content, are also useful to people exploring or learning about the business of sports.

The Agentify Sports Agent Directory is the first comprehensive database of all licensed and verified sports agents. It was created to bring greater transparency and accessibility to athletes & agents alike. Too often, athletes choose representation based on limited information or biased recommendations from people with their own agendas. Agentify strives to empower athletes—and those advising them—to make informed decisions by providing detailed, unbiased information about sports agents and their track records. Selecting the right representation is one of the most important decisions in an athlete’s career. Agentify exists to support that process by offering a neutral platform dedicated solely to sharing accurate, up-to-date, and relevant information. We don’t benefit from which agent you choose—and we never will.

If you are familiar with an agent who is not included in the Agentify platform then that could mean one of the following: -They are not a licensed agent in their respective sports agent practice. -They were very recently licensed in their respective sports agent practice and Agentify has not yet updated their records. If you’re speaking to a sports agent who is not listed within Agentify and are wondering whether they are licensed, your best bet is to determine if licensing is required within their sport and, if so, contact the relevant licensing organizations for clarification.

Only those who have either consulted with the agent, current or previous clients of the agent, and past or present collaborators may write a review about an agent. We only allow these individuals to submit reviews on an agent as these individuals have first hand knowledge of the agent’s services and the representation experience that the agent fostered. We feel this type of information is most helpful to our users.

Agentify gathers publicly available data to create baseline profiles for all licensed sports agents. This includes information from official licensing authorities such as player unions, governing bodies, and Secretary of State records. While we strive for accuracy, we don't control the original sources of this data—so if you spot incorrect information, please let us know. Our goal is to keep every profile as accurate and up-to-date as possible. Our data sources include: • Professional player unions and associations • U.S. Secretary of State business records • Sports governing bodies • Information voluntarily submitted by sports agents If you're a sports agent, you can claim your profile for free and update it anytime to ensure it reflects your most current information.

If you don't see your profile on Agentify, make sure your name is spelled correctly when you search our directory. If you are still unable to locate your profile, we may not have it yet if you received your license status recently. If this is the case, you can create a new profile on Agentify. Claim your profile by clicking “Claim.” You will receive an email at the email address we have on record for you to authenticate your account. Couldn’t find your profile in the directory? No problem, select “Create New Profile” at the same screen where you search the directory.

We do not remove profiles from our site unless the agent is no longer recognized/licensed. The information in a Agentify profile is pulled from public records and publicly available information. If you are concerned that public information we share on our website is incorrect, please contact us and we will do our best to update it. You might also want to check with your relevant sports agent licensing body to ensure that the information in your public record is up-to-date. If you haven’t yet, you can claim your Agentify profile and update information like your sports practice areas, work history, academic background, and transactions. You will also have the ability to ask for reviews from current and former clients and endorsements from other sports agents.

To make changes to your claimed profile: Sign in to your Agentify account. Make sure you have either claimed your existing account or you created a new sports agent profile. A higher score increases your visibility in the Agentify Agent Directory, meaning you’ll appear higher in search results when athletes, their families, teams, and other professionals are browsing for representation. Because the score reflects profile completeness, transparency, and verified information, agents who claim their profiles and provide more accurate details generally achieve better rankings. This creates a competitive advantage for agents who actively maintain their profiles. It’s important to remember: • The Agentify Score does not evaluate your knowledge, negotiation results, or quality of service. • It simply measures how comprehensive and verified your profile information is. • Higher scores = more visibility when potential clients and partners search the directory. In short, improving your Agentify Score not only builds credibility but also enhances your discoverability across the platform.

Search results in the Agentify Sports Agent Directory are organized using subscription tier and Agentify Score. Subscription tier Profiles are grouped in the following order: 1. Agentify+ 2. Agentify Pro 3. Agentify Base Agentify Score Within each subscription tier, profiles are ordered by Agentify Score. Agents with higher scores generally appear above agents with lower scores in the same tier. Subscription tier may affect directory placement, but it does not change an agent’s Agentify Score. Agents can improve their visibility within their tier by maintaining a complete and accurate profile and adding relevant, verifiable information such as experience, transactions, reviews, endorsements, and Agentify Q&A contributions.

AgentifyOS is the sports business operating system within Agentify. It gives individual sports professionals and multi-user organizations a single workspace to manage contacts, clients, recruits, scouting targets, opportunities, projects, tasks, documents, communications, email campaigns, commissions, and other day-to-day business workflows. AgentifyOS does more than organize records. It creates authorized context about the user’s sports business, including relationships, objectives, opportunities, activity, documents, communications, and work in progress. Maguire can combine that context with Agentify’s sports data and intelligence—including player performance, salary information, comparable players, team needs, league rules, and collective bargaining agreements—to provide more relevant insights and help users work more efficiently. This allows Agentify’s AI to understand the user’s actual business context rather than responding only with general information. Access to AgentifyOS records and intelligence is governed by workspace membership and permissions.

A sports professional or organization using AgentifyOS chose to send you a message through the platform. AgentifyOS provides the technology used to deliver the email on the sender’s behalf.

The sender identified in the email is the person or organization represented by the message. AgentifyOS may deliver the email through an Agentify email address, but the Sender, Organization, and Reply-To information shown in the message identify who the communication is from and where replies will go.

AgentifyOS currently delivers Campaign emails through Agentify’s authenticated email infrastructure rather than directly through a user’s personal or company mailbox. This helps Agentify securely deliver the message while preserving the sender identity and Reply-To address selected for the Campaign.

Replies go directly to the Reply-To email address identified in the message. The email footer also identifies the sender and the address that will receive your reply.

AgentifyOS does not need access to the sender’s personal or company email inbox to send an Email Campaign. Campaign emails are delivered through Agentify’s email infrastructure, and replies are routed to the Reply-To address selected by the sender.

If an email sent through AgentifyOS includes an unsubscribe link, you can use that link to submit an unsubscribe request. The unsubscribe link is provided through Agentify’s email-delivery infrastructure.

AgentifyOS is a business platform used by sports professionals and organizations. Campaign emails are delivered through Agentify’s authenticated email infrastructure, and the message identifies the sender, organization, and Reply-To address. If you are unsure about a particular message, review the sender information carefully before replying, opening attachments, or taking any requested action.

Maguire is Agentify’s unified sports-business AI, formerly known as Agentify AI. It is the intelligence layer across Agentify, designed to connect sports data, league rules, regulatory information, and market intelligence with the user’s authorized AgentifyOS context. When permitted by the user’s access and workspace permissions, Maguire can understand relevant relationships, opportunities, tasks, projects, documents, communications, and business objectives. This allows Maguire to provide assistance grounded in both the wider sports landscape and the user’s own sports-business context.

Maguire can help users research, analyze, prepare, and act on sports-business information and workflows. Depending on the sport, available data, product access, and feature rollout, Maguire can assist with: - collective bargaining agreements and league rules; - player salary and comparable-player analysis; - player performance and development; - team fit and market opportunities; - daily priorities and follow-ups; - legal and document preparation; - outreach to teams, clubs, and other contacts; - public relations and sentiment monitoring; - AgentifyOS records and workflows; and - concierge and off-field service requests. Maguire’s outputs should be reviewed by the user before they are relied upon, shared, or used to take external action.

Maguire brings together specialized AI agents built for specific sports-business jobs rather than relying on one generic chat experience. Users can describe an off-field, lifestyle, or logistics-related request through Maguire’s Agentify Concierge agent and request assistance from Agentify. If an athlete is linked to their sports agent in AgentifyOS, the request may be routed to the linked agent, the Agentify Concierge team, or both, depending on the user’s selection and the available workflow. When a request is routed directly to the athlete’s agent, how the agent handles it is an internal matter. The agent may manage the request independently or ask Agentify for assistance. Submitting a request does not guarantee that every requested service will be available or fulfilled.

These models are tailored for each playing position and league to ensure relevance and accuracy. Our estimates are the product of continuous refinement, built by professionals in sports business, data science, and law, with the goal of empowering athletes, agents, and teams with clarity in an opaque and imbalanced market. Yes. By inputting hypothetical performance data or career progressions (e.g., playing more minutes, increasing goals/assists, changing teams), users can generate forward-looking market value projections based on how performance trends would impact similar players historically.

The Agentify WageIQ is powered by advanced algorithms that utilize machine learning and analyze performance data and market precedents. In most cases, we provide a set of player comparables for each player to help illustrate and explain the salary estimate by showing how it aligns with peers of similar standing. However, there are some instances where comparables may not be available: • Limited or no recent playing time (e.g., new signings, injuries, prospects just entering the professional ranks, etc.). • A highly unique career path or playing profile that doesn’t align closely with others in the database (e.g., Lionel Messi) • In these cases, Agentify will still provide the salary estimate, but with no or few comparables. This ensures we remain accurate and fair rather than forcing weak or misleading comparisons. As our database grows and more player data becomes available, comparable sets will likely appear in the future for players currently without one.

The Agentify Score is our proprietary rating that evaluates a sports agent's background based on the information available in their Agentify profile. It's generated through a model that considers both the data agents provide on their Agentify profiles and verified details from relevant licensing authorities. All factors that influence an agent's score are visible on their profile. Agents who claim their profiles and supply more information typically receive higher scores, simply because the model favors transparency and profile completeness. It's important to note that the Agentify Score does not assess an agent's knowledge of the sports business, quality of service, negotiation results, personality, or communication skills. Those elements are better captured through client reviews and peer endorsements on the platform. Ultimately, the Agentify Score represents an informed opinion generated by our algorithm—not a statement of fact. Agents cannot pay for higher score (no matter how amazing they negotiate!). Please refer to the factors below that we consider in assessing a score. Profile Completeness Ensure your profile is 100% complete by uploading a professional photo, detailing your background and experience. A fully filled-out profile builds trust and credibility. Client Reviews Request feedback from your current and former clients through the Agentify platform. The more verified reviews you collect — especially with detailed, positive praise — the more your score will improve. Peer Endorsements Receive endorsements from fellow agents you've worked with. You can increase these by networking through the Agentify directory and contributing to the platform in visible ways. Contributions on Q&A Forum Answer athlete questions thoughtfully in the Agentify Q&A forum. Providing valuable insights on contracts, negotiations, or career guidance builds reputation points and boosts your score. Transactions Completed Log successful deals you've personally closed, including signings, renewals, and trades/transfers. Transactions that are attributed to your profile signal proven experience and increase your credibility score.

The Agentify Score is calculated using a mathematical model, and all agents are evaluated on the same set of standards. A higher or manipulated Agentify Score cannot be bought. At Agentify, all sports agents are treated equally. We do not play favorites, and sports agents can't pay us to improve their ratings (no matter how hard they negotiate). The Agentify Score was developed by sports business and legal professionals and people looking for sports agent services. The model used to calculate the Agentify Score were developed with input from sports agents, team owners, athletes, and legal professionals who deeply understand the valuable work that sports agents do. We developed the Agentify Score to reflect the type of information people have identified as important when looking to hire an agent. Ratings fall on a scale of 1 (Extreme Caution) to 10 (Super Agent), helping you quickly assess an agent's background. Since the Agentify Score is based only on the information we have collected and that the agent has provided, we don't recommend the Agentify Score as the only piece of information you use to evaluate whether an agent is right for you. The Agentify Score is a tool meant to provide a snapshot assessment of an agent's background and should be considered alongside other information such as client reviews, peer endorsements and anything else you personally deem relevant.

No. Agentify creates a profile for every licensed sports agent we are able to identify, and our mathematical model calculates an Agentify Score for agents based on the information we have. Profiles are free to sports agents, and the Agentify Score cannot and will not be revised through payment.

Sports Agents can damage their reputations and even lose their licenses for falsifying data. We don't believe agents will take that risk on their Agentify profile. If you see information on an agent profile that you know to be incorrect, please contact us and we will investigate the issue immediately. If an agent is found to have intentionally posted false information, it will impact their level of professional conduct and negatively impact their Agentify Score.

The Agentify Score will likely change as you update and provide more information in your profile, especially transactions, Q&A Forum contributions, and client reviews. However, please make sure that the information you provide is accurate; inaccurate data will negatively impact your Agentify Score. We will not change numerical ratings upon request. Because the Agentify Score is based on a mathematical model that is applied in the same way to every sports agent, we are unable to change individual ratings. When you update your profile with more information and contribute to the Q&A forum, your rating may change: the more we know about you, the better we can determine your numerical Agentify Score. Additionally, it is the responsibility of sports agents to ensure that any information they place on Agentify, and any communication they may have with prospective clients through the Agentify platform are accurate and confirm with our Terms of Service and Legal Policies.

Yes, an Agentify Score can change over time, and there are a few ways this could happen. First, as we collect more information about a sports agent, their Agentify Score can get recalculated and the score may adjust based on the new information provided by the agent or other publicly available sources. Second, some information is given less weight as time passes. For example, the weighting the mathematical model gives to certain transactions and professional achievement items decreases as time passes, reflecting our opinion that, in these areas, the most recent information matters the most. Finally, and in our sole discretion, we may periodically adjust the mathematical model used to calculate the Agentify Score, which could result in a change to an agent's score.

The data that we take into account is all displayed on an agent's profile. However, we do not disclose the weight we give to this information so that no one can game the system, boosting their rating through unfair advantage. Much as Google doesn't share its search engine secrets, we don't share the inner-workings of the Agentify Score so we can maintain the neutrality and integrity of the rating.

The Agentify Q&A forum allows anyone to ask (anonymously if they choose) sports business questions to sports agents for free. Sports agents answer questions based on their knowledge and experience with your specific issue. You and other users can also add comments or ask follow-up questions to make sure you understand your options.

If the user chooses, yes. Sports agents and visitors to the site will only be able to view the question and any additional details you provide. If you like, your name will be attached to the question.

The best questions are brief and to the point. First ask your question as simply as you can. Then, provide the most important details to help sports agents understand the exact issue or topic. Sports business issues are often complicated, but sports agents are most interested in knowing basic facts, like who, what, where, and when.

Many questions receive an answer within the first couple hours, but all questions remain open for at least 7 days. We'll email you as soon as a sports agent posts an answer.

If you haven't received an answer after a few days, you can try reposting the question with more specific details. Sometimes, a sports business issue can be too complicated for a sports agent to give insight within the forum. If this is the case, we recommend contacting a sports agent listed in the directory.
