Andre Odom is an NFLPA-certified sports agent with WIN Sports Group, where he represents professional football players in contract negotiations, career management, and long-term strategic planning. Certified as an NFLPA contract advisor since 2019, he has negotiated contracts for numerous NFL players while building a reputation for relationship-driven representation and comprehensive athlete advocacy. Before joining WIN Sports Group, he spent more than five years with Athletes First and also worked independently, bringing extensive experience to one of football's newest full-service representation firms. Odom earned both his bachelor's degree in Communications and a master's degree in Sports Business from Temple University. Prior to becoming an agent, he served as a graduate assistant football coach at Temple, gaining valuable experience in player development and football operations. He later joined the Chicago Bears' front office, where he worked in player personnel and football operations, developing a strong understanding of roster construction, scouting, and NFL contract administration before transitioning to athlete representation. Growing up in North Philadelphia, Odom overcame significant personal challenges that shaped his philosophy as an agent. Raised primarily by his grandmother, he credits mentors and coaches with helping him pursue higher education and a career in professional football.
