Andrew Kessler is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and senior sports agent with Athletes First, one of the premier football representation firms in the United States. Certified as an NFL contract advisor since 2004, he has spent more than two decades representing professional football players through contract negotiations, NFL Draft preparation, free agency, and long-term career management. As one of the agency's veteran agents, he has helped build Athletes First into one of the most influential firms in professional football representation. Kessler has played a significant role in the growth of Athletes First since the agency's early years. Working alongside the firm's founding leadership, he has represented numerous NFL Draft prospects and veteran players while contributing to the agency's consistent success in securing top draft classes and negotiating major player contracts. He has also been recognized for mentoring younger agents within the organization, including David Mulugheta, who began his career at Athletes First after meeting Kessler and later became one of the industry's most accomplished football agents.
