Andrew Simms

Andrew Simms is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor and Co-Founder of 1 of 1 Agency, a boutique football representation firm established in 2021 by a group of veteran NFL agents. Certified by the NFLPA since 1997, Simms has nearly three decades of experience representing professional football players and negotiating NFL contracts. Before launching 1 of 1 Agency, he co-founded PlayersRep Sports Management, which later became part of Young Money APAA Sports. At 1 of 1 Agency, Simms oversees football operations and provides a full range of athlete representation services, including contract negotiations, marketing opportunities, financial and tax advisory coordination, legal services, and post-career planning. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University and Indiana University, he is also a licensed attorney and has built a reputation for personalized, client-focused representation throughout his career. Under Simms' leadership, 1 of 1 Agency has developed a substantial presence in NFL representation, serving a roster of professional players and draft prospects while also expanding into NIL and collegiate athlete advisory services.
