Ari Nissim is an NFLPA-certified sports agent and co-founder of Legend Agency, where he represents professional football players in contract negotiations, career management, and long-term strategic planning. Certified as an NFLPA contract advisor since 2014, he has negotiated more than $1 billion in NFL player contracts and has represented multiple top-10 NFL Draft selections. His work is built on a rare combination of experience from the league office, an NFL front office, and player representation, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the business of professional football. Before becoming an agent, Nissim spent eight years with the New York Jets, serving as Director of Football Administration from 2006 to 2013. In that role, he managed the club's salary cap, negotiated player contracts, oversaw compliance with the NFL's collective bargaining agreement, and worked closely with the team's front office on roster construction. His tenure coincided with one of the most successful periods in franchise history, including consecutive AFC Championship Game appearances. Earlier in his career, he gained experience with the NFL Management Council and Athletic Resource Management, further developing his expertise in player contracts and labor matters. After leaving the Jets, Nissim transitioned into athlete representation, later joining Roc Nation Sports, where he helped develop the agency's football division before serving as Chief Operating Officer of Malka Sports. He was instrumental in negotiating Todd Gurley's record-breaking contract extension with the Los Angeles Rams, which reset the running back market, and has represented prominent NFL players including Gurley, Leonard Fournette, and Devin McCourty. In 2025, he co-founded Legend Agency alongside longtime agent Pat Capra, bringing together decades of experience in football operations and player advocacy.
