He joined ISE as part of the agency's football division and works alongside veteran agents Roosevelt Barnes and Jovan Barnes, helping guide players through the NFL Draft process, free agency, and contract negotiations. His client-focused approach emphasizes personalized representation and strategic career management. Parker comes from one of the most respected families in the sports representation industry. He is the son of the late Eugene Parker, the legendary NFL agent who represented Hall of Fame players such as Deion Sanders, Emmitt Smith, Rod Woodson, Derrick Brooks, Walter Jones, and Larry Fitzgerald. Growing up around the business of athlete representation, Parker gained early exposure to contract negotiations, client advocacy, and the importance of building lasting relationships with professional athletes. Following his father's passing in 2016, he continued the family's legacy by pursuing a career in sports representation with ISE, where many of Eugene Parker's longtime colleagues remained. Parker became NFLPA certified in 2019 and quickly assumed an active role within ISE's football operations. He has been involved in representing NFL Draft prospects and veteran players, assisting with contract negotiations and career management under the mentorship of Roosevelt Barnes and Jovan Barnes. Early in his career, he played a key role in the representation of players entering the NFL Draft and in managing the careers of established veterans, contributing to one of ISE's largest draft classes in the years following the agency's transition from Relativity Sports to Independent Sports & Entertainment.
