Austin Pfenninger

Austin Pfenninger is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor affiliated with JL Sports and the co-founder and CEO of Pfenninger Representation Group (PRG), a sports and entertainment management firm. Certified by the NFL Players Association since 2018, he specializes in athlete representation, contract negotiations, endorsement procurement, and career management services for professional athletes. A former NCAA Division I football player, Pfenninger played wide receiver at the University of Miami, where he earned recognition for both his athletic contributions and academic achievements. Pfenninger holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Miami, a Master of Jurisprudence with a focus on business law and contracts from Drake University Law School, and a Master of Science in Education in Sports Administration from the University of Miami. Drawing on his academic background and firsthand experience as a collegiate athlete, he entered the sports representation industry with an emphasis on ethical advocacy, strategic career planning, and long-term relationship building. He founded PRG to provide athletes with comprehensive support that extends beyond contract negotiations to include marketing, endorsements, and business advisory services.
