Brian Overstreet is an NFLPA-certified sports agent, attorney, and the President and co-founder of United Sports Group (USG), a Houston-based full-service sports management firm specializing in professional football representation. Certified as an NFLPA contract advisor since 1999, he has spent more than two decades representing NFL players in contract negotiations, endorsement deals, legal matters, marketing, and long-term career planning. Before launching United Sports Group in 2013, he founded E. Overstreet Sports Management, where he built a strong reputation representing professional football talent. Overstreet earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law from Sam Houston State University in 1991 before receiving his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 1998. As a practicing attorney and founding partner of Connell & Overstreet Law Group, he combines legal expertise with athlete representation, providing clients with comprehensive guidance on contracts, business matters, and career decisions. Throughout his career, Overstreet has negotiated contracts for numerous prominent NFL players, including Casey Hampton, Nick Fairley, Dre Kirkpatrick, Montez Sweat, Jeff Gladney, and Tahir Whitehead. Under his leadership, United Sports Group has negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in NFL contracts while offering athletes a full range of services that includes contract negotiations, marketing, financial planning, image management, training support, and post-career planning.
