Brian Simmons is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor and the head of the Sports Division at Continuum Management Group (CMG), a full-service sports and entertainment management firm. He joined CMG in 2019 and serves as the agency’s lead contract advisor, representing professional athletes in contract negotiations across multiple leagues, including the NFL, NBA, WNBA, and CFL. Simmons earned a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Grand Valley State University. Before becoming a sports agent, Simmons built extensive experience throughout the sports industry. His professional background includes roles with the NFL Players Association (NFLPA), Octagon Sports Agency, Lagardère Sports & Entertainment, University of Houston Athletics, Houston Texans, and Washington Wizards/Mystics. In 2018, he obtained agent certifications from the NFLPA, National Basketball Players Association (NBPA), and Women's National Basketball Players Association (WNBPA), expanding his ability to represent athletes across multiple professional sports. At Continuum Management Group, Simmons focuses on contract negotiations, athlete representation, career development, and business management services.
