Bryan Ehrlich is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and Director of Client Relations at Generation Sports Group, a full-service sports agency based in San Antonio, Texas. Certified by the NFLPA since 2018, Ehrlich represents professional football players in contract negotiations, career management, and long-term athlete development. His approach to representation is shaped by a unique combination of playing experience, business leadership, and a commitment to building lasting relationships with his clients. A San Antonio native, Ehrlich enjoyed a successful football career that began with a record-setting tenure as a high school quarterback before continuing at Newberry College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management. He later completed a Master of Business Administration at Texas A&M University–Kingsville while continuing his collegiate playing career. Following college, he played professionally in arena football with the San Antonio Talons, experiences that gave him firsthand insight into the challenges athletes face while pursuing professional careers. Before becoming a full-time NFL agent, Ehrlich built an extensive background in business operations, contract negotiations, and commercial construction. He worked in his family's construction business before founding NCE General Contractors, where he developed expertise in business development, project management, and negotiations. This business experience has become a key component of his representation philosophy, enabling him to advise athletes on both contractual matters and long-term financial and professional planning.
