Caitlin Aoki is an NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor, WNBPA-certified player agent, and sports executive who serves as President of Football at Alliance Sports Management, where she oversees the agency’s football representation division and athlete services. She is licensed to represent both NFL and WNBA athletes, providing contract negotiation, career management, marketing strategy, endorsement support, and long-term professional development services. Aoki has built a multidisciplinary career spanning athlete representation, sports business, and legal affairs. Prior to her leadership role at Alliance Sports Management, she worked in athlete representation and sports management capacities, developing expertise in contract negotiations, salary cap structures, player advocacy, and business strategy. Her dual certification with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) and the Women's National Basketball Players Association (WNBPA) reflects her experience representing athletes across multiple professional sports. As President of Football, Aoki is responsible for overseeing NFL player representation efforts, managing client recruitment and development, coordinating contract negotiations, and supporting athletes with off-field business opportunities.
