Chris Lambiris

Chris Lambiris is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and founder of Lambo Sports Group, a boutique football representation agency dedicated to providing personalized athlete management and career guidance. Certified as an NFL contract advisor in 2018, he represents professional football players through contract negotiations, NFL Draft preparation, free agency, and long-term career planning. His approach emphasizes building close relationships with athletes and delivering individualized representation tailored to each client's goals both on and off the field. Lambiris established Lambo Sports Group with the vision of creating an athlete-first agency that offers more than traditional contract representation. The firm focuses on helping players navigate every stage of their professional careers while also providing guidance in personal branding, business development, endorsement opportunities, and post-playing career preparation. By maintaining a boutique structure, Lambiris is able to work closely with each client and provide direct, hands-on support throughout the representation process. As an independent NFL agent, Lambiris has built his practice around trust, accessibility, and long-term client advocacy. His representation philosophy centers on understanding each athlete's individual circumstances and developing strategies that extend beyond football, helping clients maximize professional opportunities while preparing for lasting success after their playing careers. Through Lambo Sports Group, he continues to focus on comprehensive athlete management and personalized service designed to support every aspect of a player's career.
