Christian Kranz is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor, Director of Marketing, and NFL agent with Generation Sports Group. Certified as an NFL contract advisor since 2015, he represents professional football players through contract negotiations, NFL Draft preparation, free agency, and long-term career management. His approach to athlete representation is rooted in building personal relationships with clients while providing strategic guidance both on and off the field. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Kranz developed a passion for football and athlete development at an early age, becoming involved in coaching and assisting players with the recruiting process. He graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management before earning an MBA from East Carolina University. During his time at both universities, he worked extensively within their football programs, gaining firsthand experience in player development and team operations. He also interned in the Buffalo Bills' Business Development department and served as Chief Operating Officer for a football camp featuring numerous NFL athletes, further expanding his understanding of both the business and competitive sides of professional football. Before joining Generation Sports Group, Kranz worked with several prominent sports representation firms, learning from experienced NFL agents and developing expertise in contract negotiations and athlete management. Although he gained valuable experience at larger agencies, he chose to pursue a more personalized model of representation that emphasizes close relationships and individualized service. His background working with football programs, NFL organizations, and sports agencies provides him with a well-rounded perspective that benefits clients throughout every stage of their careers.
