Christopher Gil is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor and the founder and CEO of Optimal Sports Management, a boutique sports representation agency based in Los Angeles, California. Certified by the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) since 2023, Gil represents NFL players and emerging football talent in contract negotiations, career management, NIL advisory services, and long-term athlete development. He operates Optimal Sports Management as a player-focused agency that provides individualized representation, including NFL contract negotiation, marketing strategy, and off-field career development. The firm works with athletes ranging from high school and collegiate prospects to professional NFL players, emphasizing mentorship, brand building, and long-term financial and personal stability. Gil’s background combines academic training and real-world sports business experience. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and completed a Master’s degree in Business Management at Loyola Marymount University.
