Certified since 2010, he has developed a career focused on NFL contract negotiation, athlete advisory services, and comprehensive career management for professional football players. He founded Overtime Sports Management Group in 2010, establishing the agency as a full-service sports representation firm headquartered in Houston, Texas, with additional operations across multiple U.S. cities. The agency represents athletes in the NFL, CFL, MLB, NBPA, and FIBA, offering services that include contract negotiation, branding, marketing, and long-term career planning. Within OSMG, Williams plays a central leadership role in structuring player contracts, guiding clients through the NFL Draft process, and managing negotiations with professional teams. His work includes supporting athletes as they transition from college to the professional level, as well as assisting established players with contract extensions, roster decisions, and free agency opportunities.
