Damarius Bilbo is the Founder and President of Revolution Sports Agency and an NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor with extensive experience representing professional football players. According to the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA), Bilbo has been certified as a Contract Advisor since 2013 and has negotiated numerous NFL player contracts throughout his career. He is a graduate of Georgia Tech, where he played collegiate football before pursuing a professional career and later transitioning into athlete representation. Before becoming an agent, Bilbo was a standout athlete at Georgia Tech, where he played both quarterback and wide receiver. Following college, he spent time with the Arizona Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys organizations and also played in the Arena Football League. His experience as a player provided firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by professional athletes, helping shape his approach to representation.
