Damien S. Butler is an NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor, sports marketing executive, and athlete representative with Capital Marketing Ventures, LLC (CMV Sports). According to the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA), Butler has been certified as a Contract Advisor since 2021 and is authorized to represent NFL players in contract negotiations and employment-related matters under NFLPA regulations. He serves as Managing Director of Capital Marketing Ventures, where he advises professional athletes on contract strategy, endorsement opportunities, brand development, and career management. Butler brings more than two decades of experience in sports management, marketing, and athlete representation. Prior to leading Capital Marketing Ventures, he worked extensively in sports marketing and athlete management, negotiating and drafting agreements for professional athletes, corporations, and major brands. During a long-standing professional relationship with NFL quarterback Michael Vick, Butler served as President of MV7 Sports Marketing and was involved in managing endorsement and business opportunities on behalf of the former NFL star. He has also worked on endorsement and marketing initiatives involving prominent athletes across professional sports.
