Tom Edwards has extensive experience advising a wide array of businesses – including banks, real estate developers, property managers, medical providers, entertainment venues, and sports marketing companies – on complex business disputes and resolutions. Much of his practice focuses on contract-based issues related to real estate, partner disputes, and business dissolution matters. Tom strives to understand his clients’ business objectives so he can craft efficient and creative legal solutions. He also handles a full range of employment law matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination and hostile work environment claims, union grievances, confidentiality, non-competition, and non-solicitation issues. Additionally, as a former college football athlete, Tom represents college athletes and marketing collectives in negotiating name, image, and likeness (NIL) deals. He is also an NFL Players Association Certified Player Agent, helping NFL prospects and players negotiate their contracts with NFL Clubs.
