Gregory "Greg" Lashbrook is an NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor, sports executive, and founder of Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW), an internationally recognized sports agency and sports career training organization. Certified by the NFL Players Association since 2001, Lashbrook has spent more than two decades representing professional football players, advising athletes on contract negotiations, and helping develop the next generation of sports industry professionals through education and mentorship programs. Founded in 2001, Sports Management Worldwide has grown into a global organization that combines athlete representation with sports-business education. Under Lashbrook's leadership, SMWW has trained thousands of aspiring sports agents, scouts, and sports executives from more than 160 countries while maintaining an active player representation practice across professional football and other sports. The organization offers career training programs developed in partnership with industry professionals and former executives from major professional leagues. Prior to founding SMWW, Lashbrook built a diverse career in sports management, marketing, and athlete representation. His work has included negotiating professional sports contracts, advising athletes on career development, and consulting on sports-business initiatives. Through SMWW's athlete representation division, he has assisted professional football players with contract negotiations, marketing opportunities, and career planning while emphasizing a holistic approach to athlete development.
