Gary Uberstine is an NFLPA-certified sports agent and founder of PSE Management, where he serves as a senior executive and lead contract advisor specializing in NFL player representation. Certified since 1985, he has built a long-standing career in professional sports representation, focusing on NFL contract negotiation, legal strategy, and athlete advisory services across multiple decades of league operations. He founded PSE Management as a full-service sports, entertainment, and brand management firm based in Los Angeles, providing athlete representation alongside branding, licensing, and entertainment advisory services. Within the agency, Uberstine has played a central role in developing contract strategy for NFL players, structuring endorsement deals, and advising athletes on long-term career and financial planning. Before establishing PSE Management, Uberstine built an extensive legal career in corporate, tax, and entertainment law, serving as outside counsel for major athletic footwear and apparel companies including FILA, Skechers, and LA Gear. His early work also included roles in developing the collegiate athletic shoe market and negotiating sports business agreements between athletes, schools, and commercial brands, giving him deep experience in sports marketing and contract law.
