Hadley Engelhard is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and the founder and president of Enter Sports Management, one of the longest-established football representation firms in the industry. Certified by the NFLPA since 1991, Engelhard has spent more than three decades representing professional football players through contract negotiations, marketing, career planning, and long-term athlete development. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, he has built a reputation for providing comprehensive representation that extends well beyond negotiating NFL contracts. Engelhard earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida before receiving his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. His legal education has been a cornerstone of his approach to athlete representation, allowing him to advise clients on complex contractual and business matters while emphasizing ethics, long-term planning, and career management. Throughout his career, he has also shared his expertise by speaking to law students and aspiring sports professionals on the legal and financial aspects of sports representation. In the early 1990s, Engelhard founded Enter Sports Management, developing the agency into a full-service firm offering contract negotiations, endorsement marketing, public relations, financial planning referrals, tax planning, estate planning, and post-career counseling. Under his leadership, the agency expanded its football operations through strategic growth initiatives, including the acquisition of Premier Athlete Advisors in 2019, strengthening its presence across the Southeast while broadening its roster of NFL clients. Prior to establishing Enter Sports Management, Engelhard also worked in the entertainment industry, helping music executive Jermaine Dupri develop a sports division within So So Def Entertainment.
