Hal Burke

Hal Douglas Burke is an attorney and NFLPA-certified contract advisor affiliated with Scheer, Green & Burke Co., L.P.A., a Toledo, Ohio-based law firm. He has been certified since 2022 and is authorized to represent NFL players in contract negotiations and other employment-related matters under the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement. In addition to his sports representation work, he practices law through Scheer, Green & Burke, where he focuses on litigation and creditors' rights. Burke earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law and has been licensed to practice law in multiple states, including Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Kentucky. His legal career spans more than two decades, with extensive experience in civil litigation, debt collection, and judgment enforcement. He is a partner at Scheer, Green & Burke and has represented clients in both trial and appellate matters.
