Ian Grutman is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and sports agent with GSE Worldwide, where he works within the agency’s football and athlete marketing division. Certified since 2021, he focuses primarily on NFL player representation with an emphasis on off-field commercial opportunities, including endorsements, brand partnerships, appearances, and broader marketing strategy for professional athletes. Grutman originally built his sports representation career through Grutman Sports & Entertainment, a Miami-based agency he founded in 2015 that specialized in securing and managing commercial opportunities for NFL players. His client roster included prominent NFL talent such as Alvin Kamara, Jarvis Landry, Josh Norman, and Xavien Howard, with a focus on brand development, endorsements, and entertainment-related partnerships rather than on-field contract negotiation. In 2020, Grutman Sports & Entertainment was acquired by GSE Worldwide, where he transitioned into an executive leadership role as Executive Vice President. In this capacity, he became part of GSE’s expanded athlete marketing and representation platform, contributing to a broader organization that operates across sports, entertainment, and brand consulting on a global scale.
