Isaac Conner is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) and National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) Certified Contract Advisor, attorney, and co-founder of A3 Athletics, now operating as Legacy Sports Agency. Since becoming NFLPA certified in 2010, he has represented professional football players in contract negotiations, career planning, endorsement opportunities, and long-term athlete development. Throughout his career, he has negotiated multiple NFL contracts while helping guide athletes through the NFL Draft, free agency, and every stage of their professional careers. Conner earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee. Before entering athlete representation, he played collegiate basketball at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, giving him firsthand insight into the demands placed on student-athletes and professional competitors. After completing law school, he became a practicing attorney and leveraged his legal expertise in contract law and negotiations to build a career in sports representation. He is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, American Bar Association, and National Bar Association. As Executive Vice President and General Counsel during A3 Athletics' growth, Conner played a key role in the agency's legal affairs while recruiting and representing NFL and NBA athletes. His responsibilities have included negotiating player contracts, advising clients on business and legal matters, and preparing draft prospects for the NFL Combine, Pro Days, and the NFL Draft. The agency has represented numerous high-profile professional athletes and has negotiated more than $1 billion in player contracts throughout its history. Today, Conner continues his work with Legacy Sports Agency, where he provides comprehensive athlete representation built on legal expertise, strategic negotiation, and long-term career planning.
