Jack Scharf

Jack Scharf is an NFLPA-certified sports agent with The Familie, where he represents professional football players in contract negotiations, roster management, and long-term career development. Based in Los Angeles, he works within one of the newer NFL-focused divisions of a global talent representation company that operates across sports, music, and entertainment. His role includes advising athletes on contract strategy, negotiating NFL agreements, and supporting clients through key career stages such as the NFL Draft, rookie contract structuring, and veteran extensions. Within The Familie, Scharf is part of a growing football representation team that emphasizes a modern, full-service approach to athlete management. The agency integrates contract negotiation with broader services such as brand development, marketing strategy, legal support, and long-term career planning. This structure allows agents like Scharf to collaborate with internal specialists across multiple disciplines, helping athletes maximize both their professional contracts and off-field business opportunities. Scharf’s work reflects The Familie’s broader philosophy of building long-term athlete partnerships rather than purely transactional representation. He operates in a collaborative environment alongside experienced NFL agents within the organization, contributing to a collective approach focused on player development, career longevity, and maximizing overall value in the professional football ecosystem.
