James "Jim" Ivler is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and senior sports agent with SPORTSTARS, one of the longest-established football representation agencies in the United States. He joined the firm in 1997 after practicing law and has since built a distinguished career representing NFL players through contract negotiations, draft preparation, free agency, endorsement opportunities, and long-term career planning. Over more than two decades with SPORTSTARS, he has become one of the agency's most experienced negotiators and has represented numerous professional football players throughout their careers. Ivler earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Penn State University in 1990 before completing his Juris Doctor at Widener University School of Law in 1993.
