Jesse LeGrande is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and founder of Diamond Sports & Talent Management, a full-service sports and entertainment management firm with offices in Cleveland, Ohio and Washington, D.C. As a certified NFL agent, he represents professional football players in contract negotiations, draft preparation, free agency representation, and long-term career management. He has been certified with the NFLPA since 2003 and has built his career around developing and guiding athletes through every stage of their professional journey. LeGrande earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and later completed his Master of Business Administration at Case Western Reserve University. Shortly after becoming NFLPA certified, he began representing NFL players and quickly entered the sports management industry, gaining early experience negotiating player contracts and managing athlete representation. Early in his career, he worked with established sports management firms before transitioning to building his own independent agency. After several years working within the industry, LeGrande founded Diamond Sports & Talent Management, creating a boutique representation firm focused on professional athletes, media personalities, and entertainment talent. Under his leadership, the agency has expanded its client roster and established a reputation for negotiating significant player contracts while also supporting athletes with endorsement opportunities, marketing, and broader career development services.
