Joe Panos is an NFLPA-certified sports agent with Athletes First, one of the leading NFL player representation agencies in the United States. A former professional football player himself, Panos played offensive guard in the NFL after being drafted in the third round of the 1994 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles, later spending time with the Buffalo Bills. His playing background includes a standout college career at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned All-Big Ten honors and served as a team captain during the program’s Rose Bowl season. After retiring from professional football, Panos transitioned into sports representation and became an NFL agent in 2009, eventually joining Athletes First in 2012. Since entering the agency world, he has built a reputation for handling high-level offensive line contracts and representing prominent NFL talent, including players such as Tyron Smith and Penei Sewell. His work focuses on contract negotiation, player placement, and long-term career management for offensive linemen and other NFL positions.
