He also negotiated the richest deal in NFL history for any Kicker who had not even reached unrestricted free agency (much less not been selected to a ProBowl) with a $14.25m-deal for Ryan Succop in only his 3rd year in the NFL, making him one of the highest paid kickers in the League. Joel negotiated two more record setting deals for Succop with the Tennessee Titans (5yrs, $20m - $4.0m/yr) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3yrs, $12m - $4.0m/yr) as well. Along with his brother Justin (listed above), they represent more former undrafted and non-combine players to be named ALL-PRO and/or PRO-BOWL selections (5) than any agents in the nation - showing their ability to judge, recruit and represent players no other agency in the nation has EVER done.
