Baker earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and later completed a master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. While at Arizona State, he was a standout student-athlete in both football and track and field, earning All-American honors in the long jump. Before transitioning into athlete representation, Baker enjoyed a professional football career as a placekicker. He played in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs, spent training camp with the San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins, competed for the Scottish Claymores in NFL Europe, and played in the Canadian Football League with the BC Lions and Edmonton Eskimos. His playing experience gives him a unique understanding of the challenges athletes face throughout their professional careers and informs his client-first philosophy as an agent.
