Joshua Grady is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor and the Founder and CEO of Grady Sports Agency (GSA), a rapidly growing football representation firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been certified by the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) since 2016 and represents professional football players in contract negotiations, pre-draft advising, marketing, and long-term athlete development. Grady launched Grady Sports Agency in 2017, building it as a modern, athlete-focused representation firm designed to provide both on-field contract expertise and off-field career support. The agency has quickly grown into one of the more active emerging NFL representation groups, with a client-first philosophy centered on player development, relationships, and long-term planning. Before founding GSA, Grady played collegiate football at the SEC level and later transitioned into sports management, combining his playing experience with business and negotiation training.
