Justin Turner

Justin Turner is an NFLPA-certified sports agent and co-owner of Turner Sports Management, LLC, where he represents professional football players in contract negotiations, career planning, and long-term athlete development. Certified as an NFL contract advisor since 2010, he has established himself as one of the agency's principal representatives, working alongside his brother, veteran agent Joel Turner, to build a boutique firm recognized for representing overlooked talent and undrafted players. Turner entered the sports representation industry following the 2011 NFL lockout and quickly made an impact by negotiating contracts for 21 players in his first draft class, an unprecedented accomplishment for a first-year NFL agent. During his early years, he negotiated more than 165 player contracts worth over $250 million and became known for securing landmark deals for players who entered the league without significant draft attention. Among his notable negotiations are record-setting contracts for wide receiver Cole Beasley and safety Ron Parker, both of whom signed lucrative extensions after entering the NFL as undrafted free agents. Through Turner Sports Management, Turner has helped build an agency philosophy centered on identifying undervalued talent and providing highly personalized representation. The firm has developed a reputation for representing players who were overlooked during the draft process but went on to enjoy successful NFL careers, emphasizing close client relationships, individualized attention, and comprehensive career guidance rather than maintaining a large client roster. Together, Justin and Joel Turner have negotiated more than $600 million in NFL contracts during their careers.
