Biography
Kelli Masters is a pioneering NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor, attorney, author, speaker, and the founder and president of KMM Sports, a full-service sports management and athlete representation firm. Widely recognized as the first woman to represent and sign an NFL first-round draft pick, Masters has built a distinguished career advocating for professional athletes through contract negotiations, endorsement procurement, brand development, and long-term career planning. Certified by the NFL Players Association since 2005, she has represented NFL players for more than two decades and is regarded as one of the most influential female agents in professional football.
Before launching KMM Sports, Masters practiced law and developed expertise in contract negotiation, business transactions, and athlete advocacy. She earned her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and later combined her legal background with a passion for sports to establish an athlete-centered representation firm. Her legal training has remained a cornerstone of her approach to athlete representation, allowing her to provide clients with strategic guidance in both contractual and business matters.
