Widely recognized as the first woman to represent and sign an NFL first-round draft pick, Masters has built a distinguished career advocating for professional athletes through contract negotiations, endorsement procurement, brand development, and long-term career planning. Certified by the NFL Players Association since 2005, she has represented NFL players for more than two decades and is regarded as one of the most influential female agents in professional football. Before launching KMM Sports, Masters practiced law and developed expertise in contract negotiation, business transactions, and athlete advocacy.
