Biography
Kennard McGuire is an NFLPA-certified sports agent and the President and Chief Executive Officer of MS World LLC, a full-service sports management and athlete representation firm based in Texas. With more than three decades of experience in professional football representation, he has built a reputation for negotiating high-value contracts, managing the careers of elite NFL talent, and providing comprehensive services that extend beyond contract negotiations to include marketing, financial planning, and post-career development.
McGuire's career in football began as a standout wide receiver at the University of Tennessee, where he graduated in 1987. After college, he signed with the New England Patriots and pursued a professional playing career until a knee injury in 1989 brought his time on the field to an end. Drawing on his experience as a player, he transitioned into athlete representation, combining firsthand knowledge of professional football with a strong business background to advocate for players throughout their careers.
He became an NFLPA-certified contract advisor in 1992 and spent part of his career with the national sports agency CSMG before founding his own firm, MS World LLC. Under his leadership, the agency has grown into a boutique representation company known for maintaining close relationships with its clients while negotiating more than $1 billion in NFL contracts. Throughout his career, McGuire has represented numerous accomplished players, including Pro Bowl and All-Pro athletes, and has guided clients through the NFL Draft, free agency, contract extensions, and long-term career planning.
