Kenneth Griner is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor with a background in sports management, marketing, coaching, and athlete development. Based in Texas, he has built his career around helping athletes maximize their professional opportunities through strategic representation, contract negotiations, and long-term career planning. In addition to representing professional football players, Griner is also a certified NBA agent with Marathon Sports Group, reflecting his broad expertise across professional sports. A native of Wichita Falls, Texas, Griner graduated from John Hirschi High School before attending the University of North Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, followed by graduate studies in recreation, leisure, and sport management, including a Master of Science in Sport Management. His educational background provided a strong foundation in business strategy, athlete development, and the operational aspects of the sports industry. Before entering athlete representation full time, he spent several years as a teacher and basketball coach, where he served as both a mentor and leader to young athletes while developing a passion for guiding players beyond the field of competition. Griner's professional journey also includes experience working with organizations such as the NFL, NBA, and CBS, giving him exposure to multiple facets of the sports business.
