Kevin Poston is an NFLPA-certified sports agent and attorney with Deal, LLC, where he represents professional football players in contract negotiations, career management, marketing, and long-term strategic planning. Certified as an NFLPA contract advisor since 1995, he has built a long-standing career in athlete representation spanning nearly three decades, working with NFL players across all stages of their professional journeys. His practice within Deal, LLC focuses on providing comprehensive representation that combines legal expertise with athlete advocacy, including contract negotiation, endorsement opportunities, financial guidance, and career development.
Poston earned his undergraduate degree from Fisk University and later received his Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. His educational background in both business and law has shaped his approach to sports representation, allowing him to integrate legal analysis with contract strategy and player advocacy. This dual expertise has supported his work negotiating NFL contracts and advising athletes on the business and legal dimensions of their careers.
