Throughout her career, she has represented NFL athletes in contract negotiations, endorsements, marketing initiatives, public relations, and post-career planning. Prior to joining Vanguard Sports Group, Kuliga founded and led K Sports & Entertainment, a successful sports representation, marketing, and consulting firm. In 2017, she merged K Sports & Entertainment into Vanguard Sports Group, where she assumed a leadership role overseeing business development while continuing to represent NFL players. Her expertise extends beyond athlete representation to corporate consulting, event management, sponsorship activation, and strategic partnerships for sports-related businesses and nonprofit organizations.
