Biography

Luke Inveiss is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and sports agent with The Institute for Athletes (IFA), a Minneapolis-based sports management firm recognized for its athlete-first approach to representation. Certified since 2019, he works with NFL players throughout the draft process, contract negotiations, free agency, and long-term career planning. As part of IFA's football division, he collaborates with a team of agents dedicated to providing comprehensive representation that extends beyond traditional contract services. Before entering sports representation, Inveiss played collegiate football at St. John's University in Minnesota. His athletic background helped shape his understanding of the challenges athletes face both on and off the field and provided the foundation for his transition into professional sports management. Early in his career with The Institute for Athletes, he developed close relationships with football players, including fellow Minnesota native Adam Thielen, whom he had known since their high school and college recruiting days. That longstanding relationship evolved into a successful professional partnership built on trust and personalized guidance. At The Institute for Athletes, Inveiss contributes to a full-service representation model that emphasizes education, career development, brand management, and post-playing career planning in addition to contract negotiations. The agency has built a reputation for maintaining close relationships with its clients and providing individualized support tailored to each athlete's personal and professional goals. Inveiss has been involved in helping clients with community engagement initiatives, charitable endeavors, and off-the-field opportunities alongside their football careers.
