Madison Howard

Madison Howard is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and sports agent with BC Sports Inc., one of the most established football representation firms in the industry. Certified in 2013, she works alongside veteran agents at the Mississippi-based agency, contributing to player recruitment, contract negotiations, and long-term career management for professional football athletes. She represents clients as part of a collaborative agency model that emphasizes personalized service and long-term relationships. Howard grew up immersed in the football business as the daughter of veteran NFL agent Bus Cook, founder of BC Sports Inc. Being surrounded by professional athletes and contract negotiations from an early age provided her with a unique perspective on the sports representation industry. After earning her degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, she joined BC Sports and began working directly with the agency's established client roster, helping represent elite NFL players alongside experienced agents. At BC Sports, Howard has been involved in the representation of high-profile NFL talent, including former first overall draft picks and Pro Bowl players. Her responsibilities extend beyond contract negotiations to include player recruitment, career planning, and day-to-day client management. The agency is recognized for its long history of representing some of the NFL's most accomplished athletes, and Howard has played an active role in maintaining that tradition through personalized athlete support and relationship-driven representation.
