Biography
Matt Lowe, J.D., is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor, attorney, and Director of OSMG Midwest for Overtime Sports Management Group (OSMG). In this role, he represents professional football players in contract negotiations, career planning, marketing opportunities, and long-term athlete development. As part of OSMG's nationwide team of certified agents, Lowe helps provide comprehensive representation while emphasizing individualized service and strategic career management for his clients.
Lowe earned his Juris Doctor from the Marquette University Law School in 2022. Following law school, he began practicing as a litigation attorney with Kaman & Cusimano LLC while simultaneously preparing for the NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor examination. He became NFLPA certified in October 2022, combining his legal training with a passion for sports representation. His background as a practicing attorney provides him with extensive experience in contract analysis, negotiation, legal advocacy, and risk management, all of which strengthen his work on behalf of professional athletes.
As Director of OSMG Midwest, Lowe oversees the agency's operations throughout the Midwest region while representing NFL players through the draft process, free agency, and contract negotiations. Early in his career as an agent, he negotiated more than $50 million in NFL contracts and has represented players including Rodney Thomas II, Cameron Goode, Jeremiah Pharms Jr., and Feleipe Franks. His practice extends beyond contract negotiations to include career guidance, branding, and long-term planning, helping athletes maximize opportunities both on and off the field.
