Matthew Moore

Matthew Moore is a FIFA-licensed football agent at Centre Circle Consulting, a boutique football agency with a global client base and a particular focus on elite talent moving between North America, Europe, Southern Africa and Asia. His work combines player representation, commercial strategy, career planning and international market access for players competing across top professional environments. Moore’s profile is closely associated with Christian Pulisic, whom he has worked with since Pulisic’s teenage years and helped support through major commercial and career stages in Europe and with the U.S. Men’s National Team. Moore’s representation profile reflects a modern global agency model: identifying talent early, advising families and players through development decisions, managing club fit, supporting international transfers and building long-term commercial value. His work is especially connected to players navigating cross-border pathways, including American players seeking European opportunities and international players moving into MLS or other competitive markets. Through Centre Circle Consulting, Moore operates within a selective agency platform focused on individualized career strategy, relationship-based representation and long-term player development.
