Matthew Oates is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of O2K Worldwide Management Group. Oates has been an NHLPA Certified Agent since 2004. Oates oversees and manages all aspects of O2K's business operations, contract negotiations, sports marketing, athletic training, health management, and wealth management. Oates is also a licensed insurance producer. Since 2004 Oates and the O2K Team has guided over 100 players' careers on and off the ice during and post their playing careers, making O2K one of the elite full-service hockey representation agencies. Since its inception, O2K has grown and expanded to six States, three Canadian provinces and has negotiated over $1.5 billion in contract value for its clients. After his professional hockey career, he became a senior-level executive of Corporate Sales and Marketing for Diamond Sports Management before co-founding O2K WMG with Eustace King in 2004.
