Michael Katz is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and co-founder of Katz Brothers Sports, a boutique sports agency specializing in the representation of professional football players. Certified as an NFL contract advisor in 2012, he has built his career around negotiating player contracts, guiding athletes through the NFL Draft and free agency, and providing long-term career management. His client-centered approach emphasizes accessibility, trust, and individualized representation tailored to each athlete's personal and professional goals. Katz attended The Ohio State University before beginning his career in athlete representation. He gained valuable experience at Rosenhaus Sports, where he worked with one of the NFL's most prominent agencies and was involved in representing a wide range of professional football players. In 2016, he and his brother, Jason Katz, departed Rosenhaus Sports to help establish the football division at CSE Talent before launching their own independent agency, Katz Brothers Sports, in 2018. As co-founder of Katz Brothers Sports, Katz has represented several prominent NFL players, including All-Pro defensive tackle Chris Jones, and has negotiated significant player contracts and endorsement opportunities. The agency has earned a reputation for providing personalized service while offering comprehensive support in contract negotiations, marketing, branding, business development, and post-playing career planning. Its boutique structure enables Katz and his team to maintain close relationships with every client while delivering customized representation throughout each stage of an athlete's career.
