Certified as an NFL contract advisor in 2012, he has built his career around negotiating player contracts, guiding athletes through the NFL Draft and free agency, and providing long-term career management. Katz attended The Ohio State University before beginning his career in athlete representation. He gained valuable experience at Rosenhaus Sports, where he worked with one of the NFL's most prominent agencies and was involved in representing a wide range of professional football players. In 2016, he and his brother, Jason Katz, departed Rosenhaus Sports to help establish the football division at CSE Talent before launching their own independent agency, Katz Brothers Sports, in 2018. As co-founder of Katz Brothers Sports, Katz has represented several prominent NFL players, including All-Pro defensive tackle Chris Jones, and has negotiated significant player contracts and endorsement opportunities.
