Michael Lelchitski is an NBPA-certified agent and President of Men’s Basketball at Sports International Group (SIG), a family-led basketball agency based in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Certified by the NBPA since January 13, 2009, Lelchitski helped launch SIG’s men’s basketball division in 2008 after growing up around the game through his father Boris Lelchitski, SIG’s founder and a longtime women’s basketball agent. His work focuses on NBA representation, FIBA and international placement, contract negotiation, player development strategy, and long-term client support. SIG’s roster has included NBA and global basketball talent, with a boutique, family-oriented representation model.
