Nate Richman is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor and the Owner of 3XL Sports Management, a full-service athlete representation, branding, and consulting agency headquartered in Boston. Richman founded 3XL Sports in 2018 after several years working in NFL player representation and sports marketing. He earned both his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Master of Business Administration from Boston College, where he was a three-year starting offensive guard and team captain for the football program. His background as a former collegiate athlete has helped shape his player-focused approach to representation and career development. Before launching 3XL Sports Management, Richman served as an NFL-certified agent and Manager of Football Operations and Sponsorship Marketing at K Sports & Entertainment. In that role, he negotiated NFL contracts, developed relationships with scouts, executives, and player personnel departments across the league, and assisted clients with marketing, public relations, and endorsement opportunities. His experience in both athlete representation and brand management provided the foundation for creating an agency that combines traditional contract negotiation with athlete branding and consulting services. Under Richman’s leadership, 3XL Sports Management has grown into a respected boutique agency representing NFL players and coaches while also providing NIL, branding, and consulting services. The agency emphasizes a hands-on, personalized approach, maintaining a selective client roster to ensure individualized attention throughout every stage of an athlete’s career. Richman has represented and worked with NFL players including Nick Allegretti, Anthony Firkser, Mike Caliendo, Chris Smith, and others, helping clients navigate the NFL Draft process, contract negotiations, endorsements, and post-playing career opportunities.
