Neil Sheehy is a former NHL defenseman, lawyer, and certified NHLPA player agent who founded the I-C-E Hockey Agency. A graduate of Harvard University, Sheehy played professionally with the Calgary Flames, Hartford Whalers, and Washington Capitals before transitioning into athlete representation. Drawing on both his playing experience and legal background, he built I-C-E Hockey Agency into a respected hockey management firm known for contract negotiations, salary arbitration, player development, and long-term career planning. Throughout his career as an agent, Sheehy has represented prominent NHL players, including Ryan Suter, Anders Lee, Nick Leddy, and Casey Mittelstadt.
