Nichad Davis is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and attorney who combines a background in civil rights litigation with professional athlete representation. He serves as an attorney at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, where his practice focuses on civil rights, personal injury, education law, and sports law. As an NFLPA-certified agent, Davis provides contract negotiation and career representation for professional football players while leveraging his legal expertise to advocate for their long-term interests.
Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte before receiving his Juris Doctor from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. During law school, he distinguished himself as a nationally recognized mock trial advocate, winning the National Black Law Students Association National Championship and earning the National Best Advocate Award. Before entering private practice, he taught middle school through Teach For America, coached football and basketball, and remained actively involved in educational equity initiatives.
