Rashaad Ubah is a seasoned sports agent with over a decade of experience in athlete representation, contract negotiation, and strategic marketing. A former student-athlete, Rashaad's journey into sports management was shaped by both triumph and adversity. In 2012, he became the face of the Jordan Brand "Rise Above" Olympic Campaign, a milestone that inadvertently cost him his college eligibility. Undeterred, he pursued a professional basketball career overseas, but a career-ending injury led him to pivot into athlete advocacy. Leveraging his personal experiences, Rashaad guides players through the complexities of their careers, both on and off the court. ​ Holding an MBA in Business Administration from Chaminade University, Rashaad brings financial expertise and strategic insight to athlete representation. As the founder of the Tampa Bay Pro Combine, he created a platform for overlooked and underrepresented basketball talent to showcase their skills to professional scouts. ​The athlete is always first.
