Renat Mamashev is a decorated former professional ice hockey defenseman, sports executive, and dual-certified NHL and KHL agent. He clinched the 2013 KHL Defenseman of the Year award during a stellar career that included stints with HC Dynamo Moscow, Metallurg Magnitogorsk, and HC Sochi. Over 431 KHL games, Renat tallied an impressive 46 goals and 126 assists. Transitioning from the ice to the executive suite, he became the Sports Director for KHL Hockey Club Sochi, where he played a key role in player development, strategic planning, and organizational expansion. Renat’s educational achievements are equally impressive, holding three M.S. degrees: Sports Business from New York University, Economics from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, and Sports Training from the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth, and Tourism. Now based in Brooklyn with his wife and three children, Renat’s passion extends beyond the rink. He is deeply committed to his family and continues to drive the global growth of hockey with his deep experience, leadership, and visionary approach.
